What you book
One bed for one person. The dorm is shared with other travellers and is not rented as a whole by default; if several people travel together, one bed is booked for each.
You book one bed for yourself, not the whole room. The dorm looks onto the interior courtyard, the heart of the hostel.
The listing does not say how many beds the dorm has in total. If that matters to you, ask before booking and we will confirm.

About the photos
We do not have a confirmed photo of this option yet, so we do not show photos of another room in its place. The rooms look onto the interior courtyard: this is a real photo of the courtyard, not of the room.
Hostelworld and Booking.com publish general photos of the hostel.

Questions about this option
Do I book a bed or the whole room?
It depends on the option. In the shared dorms you book one bed for one person, and the room is shared with other travellers. In the private double you book the whole room, for one or two people. See the rooms.
Is there hot water?
Yes. The showers have hot water, which you will appreciate in Ipiales’ cold climate.
How do I check availability and price?
Message us on WhatsApp with your dates, accommodation type and number of travellers, and we will confirm availability, total rate and conditions. You can also see live prices and book on Hostelworld (opens in a new tab) or Booking.com (opens in a new tab). We do not publish rates on this site because they change by date and channel.
