What data we collect
This site has no forms that send data to a server. The enquiry form only drafts a message in your browser; when you press the button, WhatsApp opens with that text and you decide whether to send it.
What is stored on your device
So you do not have to type twice, the site remembers in your browser’s local storage (localStorage) the accommodation, dates, number of people and optional details you chose. It never leaves your device and you can delete it by clearing this site’s data in your browser. The free-text message is not stored.
WhatsApp and other services
When you send a WhatsApp message, the conversation is subject to WhatsApp’s (Meta) terms and is handled by Xantico Hostal. Links to Hostelworld, Booking.com, Instagram and Google Maps lead to third-party services with their own policies. The interactive Google map only loads if you ask for it.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no first-party cookies and no advertising tools. The server that hosts it (Cloudflare) counts visits in aggregate with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify people.
Your rights
To access, correct or delete information you shared with the hostel on WhatsApp, contact Xantico Hostal at +57 316 922 5653. In Colombia, personal data processing is governed by Law 1581 of 2012.

It is a website proposal prepared by Peashoot for Xantico Hostal (an unofficial demo site). It does not process payments or confirm bookings.
