From Ecuador (Rumichaca)
The Rumichaca International Bridge is about 3 km from central Ipiales (municipality). You can reach the centre by taxi or local transport; ask us for the best option at your time of day.

A 10–15 minute taxi ride to Ipiales, or shared transport back to the city (laslajas.org).

From Pasto or by air
Pasto is about 80 km away, roughly 2 to 2.5 hours by road. Regular flights land in Pasto; Ipiales has a small airport with infrequent services to Bogotá.
